We probably all know to have space between ourselves and our cell phones, but I have found that I have slipped into bad habits.

My mentor Syl Carson asked my training group, “Is it ok to be where I’m at right now. Is who I am right now enough?”
Well for me at the moment I was experiencing eyelid and lip pain.
I felt successful about being with myself the way I was RIGHT now. In the imperfection of my body not being happy. I tried to send love and compassion to my eyelids and lips.
I’m not sure when the pain turned down, it certainly wasn’t immediately.
As a class we read, “Pay attention be astonished tell about it.”
So here I am telling you that a couple hours later I saw everything in the most 3D way I ever have and the colors looked vivid.
Earlier we did some simple movement and at some other point be were invited to bring our arms up while looking up at the blue sky and then as we brought our arms down say “yes yes yes.”
It’s curious that supportive heavenly energy can come.
It brought me a lot of joy to notice the difference of how I now was viewing things

LIFE MAY BE PREPARING A GIFT ✨
We may forget an important truth:
We were never meant to carry everything alone.
Sometimes growth comes through effort.
Other times, it comes through allowing ourselves to receive support, kindness, and unexpected opportunities.
🤔 What if you are not meant to work harder, but instead be more open to receive what's already trying to reach you?
This next week look for an unexpected little blessing or act of support.
I had something happen last week.
Mine came in pumpkins that decided to grow. We did not specifically plant any seeds.
It was a fun surprise!
Are You Experiencing Scarcity?
Sometimes scarcity isn't about what we have or don't have—it's about what we're noticing.
What if, for just one day, you became aware of all the ways you are already receiving?
✨ A kind word
✨ A moment of laughter
✨ An unexpected opportunity
✨ A beautiful sunset
✨ A helpful insight
✨ A feeling of peace
Take inventory of everything you received yesterday.
Not what you acquired, earned, purchased, or chased after—but what you simply received.
There is a difference between acquiring and receiving.
Acquiring often comes from effort and striving.
Receiving is a flow of energy that arrives when we are open and aware.
Consider sharing with someone that cares about you. Have it be a small doable request and include how it helps you so much.
💫 Complete the sentence
"I would love it if __________."
Then release how it must happen.
Put your antenna up and become willing to receive. Stay curious. Stay open.
Remember not to serve others with the intent that they will serve you back. Serve to simple serve and have compassion and understanding for what a loved one can or can not do for you.
When it comes to God, I have heard that God doesn't ghost people.
sometimes it feels that way though, but I recognize its me with the blocks.
Sometimes we filter messages from our Higher Power through our expectations and only hear what we want to hear.
What if the answer is arriving in a form you haven't considered?
What if the blessing is being delivered differently than you imagined?
When we let go of needing things to happen a specific way, our hearts open. And when our hearts open, so much can come through.
Today, notice:
❤️ What are you receiving?
❤️ What support is already present?
❤️ What gifts, opportunities, insights, or connections are trying to reach you?
The more awareness we bring to receiving, the more abundance we begin to recognize.
Change is calling.
But not every opportunity requires immediate action.
Not every doorway needs to be rushed through.
Can you slow down today?
Possibly explore possibilities, and consider your choices carefully?
Experiment with ideas, assess risks, and be willing to adjust as new information arises.
What seems certain today may reveal additional layers tomorrow.
Think of your mind and consciousness like a carefully tended garden.
Every garden needs nourishment:
Water represents emotional support, flow, and the energy that allows growth to occur naturally.
Pay attention to what you are feeding within yourself.
Water what you wish to grow.
Protect the seeds of your future.
The growth you’ve been cultivating is becoming more visible.
Minute by minute. Day by day. Week by week. Month by month.
You are building a stronger foundation and learning to handle old challenges in new ways.
Quiet confidence is developing.
A deeper trust in yourself is emerging.
Every choice you make creates movement, and every movement shapes your life.
Your inner garden, nurtured over months, is beginning to bloom.
Not everyone will appreciate or understand it—and that’s perfectly fine.
Today is a day to pause, observe, and celebrate your growth

I read this, "Multifaceted healing is like putting pantyhose on that are slightly too small, you gotta shimmy a little movement from each areas around and around in cycles. "
It’s not one way.
Some people will see more movement with one type of therapy over another, and it depends on the person.
We are multifaceted, all of these therapies work.
What we each individually need is specific to the person, the day, the time and their state of being.

When is the time you have had an adventure?
I planned with my family to drive to Rocky point and have always been a little scarred to do that.
There is a cute place called Why, AZ
Why do you do what you choose to do?
I’m choosing into this because one of my sons wants to go and the other son is willing to go even though he isn’t too excited about the ocean or horseback riding or parasailing.
His why is to spend time with the family.
My why is to be brave AND spend time with the family!

I was sharing with a client about intestine exercise.
This is a wooden pillow. I bought it from Body and Brain.
This area of the body is like a 2nd brain and it’s important to help the blood flow and the fascia there to be hydrated and softened.
I do a 1000 intestinal exercises (tummy squeezes) each day.
Sometimes I place the curve of this wooden pillow above or below my navel and push it in and then use my stomach muscles to push it out.
More often I don’t use the pillow and just do tummy squeeze to help with regular bowel movements.
