Congratulations to Goshen's Isaac Pfahler on an outstanding season!

Isaac represented the RedHawks at the IHSAA Regional on Thursday at Stonehenge Golf Club in Warsaw, shooting a 91 against some of the top golfers in northern Indiana.

While his season came to an end at Regionals, Isaac capped off a tremendous year that included a runner-up finish at the LaVille Invite, a trip to Regionals as an individual qualifier, and countless contributions to the RedHawk golf program.

Great season, Isaac, and congratulations on representing Goshen so well!

Please join us in welcoming Dr. Matthew Prygoski to Goshen High School as our new Engineering Teacher.

A Notre Dame graduate with bachelor's, master's, and Ph.D. degrees in Mechanical Engineering, Dr. Prygoski brings years of industry experience to the classroom, most recently serving as Director of Engineering at Orthopediatrics in Warsaw.

Our students will have the opportunity to learn from someone who has led engineering teams, developed innovative technologies, earned patents, and taught at the college level.

We're excited to see the impact Dr. Prygoski will have on the next generation of engineers and innovators at Goshen High School.

Congratulations to Ms. Ellen Longcor on being named the newest Assistant Principal at Goshen High School!

Ms. Longcor brings a wealth of experience, a passion for student success, and a deep commitment to Goshen Community Schools. Throughout her career, she has built strong relationships with students, staff, and families while helping create positive learning environments where all students can thrive.

We are excited to welcome her to the GHS administrative team and look forward to the impact she will have on our students and school community.

While the season came to an end, these photos are a reminder of the energy, emotion, and effort that defined this year's team from first pitch to final out.

From NLC conference champions to sectional champions, the RedHawks gave us plenty of moments to remember this spring. Here's one last look at a special group of players competing on one of the biggest stages in Indiana high school baseball.

Our RedHawk athletes are not done yet, though. Golfer Isaac Pfahler will compete in the IHSAA regional tournament this Thursday at Stonehenge Golf Club in Warsaw. Good luck, Isaac!

The GHS Baseball season comes to an end as the RedHawks fall to #4 Lake Central in the Regional round this afternoon by a final score of 1-11 (6 innings).

While today’s result wasn’t what we hoped for, it doesn’t take away from what this team accomplished. NLC Champions. Sectional Champions. A 20+ win season. Memories that will last a lifetime.

Thank you to our players, coaches, families, and fans who supported RedHawk Baseball every step of the way. We are proud of this team and the way they represented Goshen all season long.

STATE RUNNER-UP.

The Goshen 4x400 Relay team of Destiny Sanchez, Lainey Trenshaw, Kristina Petkova, and Amari Lind closed out the IHSAA State Finals with an incredible performance, finishing 2nd in the state with a time of 3:51.16.

Not only did the RedHawks earn a state runner-up finish, but they also set a new school record in the process.

The day was filled with outstanding performances from Goshen's state qualifiers:
• Kristina Petkova — 10th in the 400M
• Amari Lind — 3rd in the 200M
• 4x400 Relay — State Runner-Up and School Record

What a way to represent Goshen on Indiana's biggest stage. Congratulations, ladies!

Punching his ticket to Regionals!

Isaac Pfahler fired an 81 at the IHSAA Boys Golf Sectional at Meadow Valley Golf Club on Friday, earning an individual spot in next week's Regional.

Isaac will compete on Thursday, June 11, at Stonehenge Golf Club in Warsaw as he continues his postseason run.
