Just a reminder that free summer meals are available for all children 18 and under and individuals with disabilities under the age of 21. Enrollment at Graford ISD is not required.

🕚 Time: 11:00 AM - 11:30 AM
📍 Location: Graford Elementary Cafeteria Serving Line
🚪 Entrance is through the back of the building at Door #7.

Each pickup includes 5 days' worth of breakfast and lunch at no cost. Children do not have to be present at pickup. However, families picking up meals without a child present must provide proof of enrollment or identifying information at the first pickup.

During TCEA this year, I applied for a scholarship to attend both the WeTeach_CS Summit and the RING: Unlocking Cybersecurity and AI Deep Dive. I was honored to be selected for both opportunities and am spending this week in San Antonio learning all kinds of amazing things!!

As an added surprise, my grant application was selected and I was awarded a $5,000 mini grant today during the Summit. I am incredibly grateful for the opportunity to continue growing my knowledge in computer science and technology while bringing new resources and experiences back to my awesome students!

Congratulations to Graford’s own Robert L. Ray on being selected for induction into the Agriculture Teachers Association of Texas Hall of Fame Class of 2026! Mr. Ray retired in 2023 after an incredible 55-year career in education, leaving a lasting impact on generations of students, educators, and community members. His dedication to agricultural education and commitment to student success helped shape countless lives throughout his distinguished career. The Agriculture Teachers Association of Texas Hall of Fame recognizes former agriculture teachers whose careers, achievements, and contributions have made a significant impact on agricultural education across the state. Inductees are selected for the difference they made in their classrooms, schools, and communities. This honor is a fitting recognition of a lifetime spent serving students and advancing agricultural education. Mr. Ray’s legacy continues to be felt throughout Graford and beyond.

Congratulations, Mr. Ray, on this well-deserved honor. We are proud to call you one of our own!

🏗️ May Bond Update 🏗️

We're excited to share our May construction update on the new Graford ISD Secondary Campus. Each month brings noticeable progress as we move closer to opening the doors to our new campus. It is exciting to see the vision become reality and watch the hard work of so many people take shape. This is an exciting time to be a Graford Jackrabbit, and we are grateful for the continued support of our community as we build for the future.
