We're looking for a few really solid people this summer—and I don’t mean just “anyone.”
If you’ve ever worked with young adults with learning differences and thought, *“they just need the right support to really succeed”…* this is that kind of role.
This is hands-on, real-world work helping young adults build confidence, independence, and actual job skills in workplace settings. It’s meaningful, it matters, and the right person will feel that immediately.
📍 Denton, Wise, Tarrant, Parker, Hood, Somervell, and Erath counties
🕒 ~20 hours/week (daytime hours)
💵 $23/hour
📅 Summer sessions (June–August)
You do need to be:
• Reliable
• Consistent with your schedule
• Comfortable working independently
• Either already certified through UNTWISE or willing to get it quickly
This is a great fit for:
Teachers, paras, RBTs, job coaches, or anyone who’s worked in special education, behavioral support, or workforce training.
