South Middle School PTO

🌟 Exciting News, Spartans! 🌟

We are thrilled to officially launch our South Middle School Park Campaign — and we need YOUR help to make it a reality!

Our goal is to raise $100,000 to create an outdoor space our students and community can enjoy for years to come. We are excited to be partering with Grand Forks Park District to bring this vision a reality. This project will include:
🏀 A new basketball court
🎯 4-square courts
🪑 Benches and picnic tables for gathering and learning outdoors

This space will not only support physical activity, but also provide a place for connection, relaxation, and community pride.

Taco Tuesday is coming UP! What a great way to support a local school, business, and not have to cook one night!

This is no April Fools joke! Mark your calendars for Taco Tuesday, April 28th to help the South PTO! We have some exciting plans for next year!

Craving something good? Support South PTO with QDOBA We’re serving up queso for a cause in person and online on Apr 28, 2026

Butter Braid sales are happening until this Friday, February 20. Orders, Cash or Checks (to South MS PTO) can be turned into the office. Delivery will be March 9th.

Reminder tonight is Family Engagement Night starting at 5:30. PTO is providing taco in a bag. If you signed up to bring items for the meals, please bring them by 3:00 if you can!

Ole & Lena’s will be delivered to South Middle School at 2:30 on Thursday, October 30. Parents can pick up until 5:30 on Thursday. Please pick up your orders ASAP!

🤩 WOW Spartan Families! Ole & Lena sales update:

-795 units sold
-$11,502 in sales

South PTO will get between 3O%-40% profit share on these sales! Thank you so much for selling! Delivery information will come out once we get more. It will be in November.

The PTO group is raising funds this year to help make our Student Entryway more student friendly with seating and activities. We will have a special Christmas fundraiser coming out in November. Thank you, thank you, thank you for everyone’s support!!!

Reminder of the meeting tonight at 5:15 pm and also of the Ole & Lena fundraiser currently happening. Cash or checks (written to South PTO) and orders are due October 15th in the main office. If you are done selling, you can turn it in early. If you forget, get all orders and money in by Thursday at the latest. Thank you!
