Today, Guilford College joins communities across Greensboro and the nation in honoring Juneteenth, which commemorates the end of slavery in the United States and celebrates freedom, resilience, and achievement.
As a community grounded in values of equality, justice, and integrity, we reflect on the enduring legacy of Juneteenth and recommit ourselves to the ongoing work of building a more just and inclusive future.
