π Help us welcome Ariel Hurley to the Lake Forest Elementary family as one of our new fifth-grade teachers!

π Lake Forest Elementary is proud to be a Conscious Discipline school!
Conscious Discipline is an adult-first model that teaches us that lasting change begins with the adults. By learning and practicing skills such as self-regulation, empathy, problem-solving, and effective communication, we can better model these behaviors for our children.
We've recently added a Conscious Discipline webpage to our website with helpful information, videos, and resources for families and community members. Throughout the year, we'll continue adding new content and highlighting our students and teachers as they put Conscious Discipline into action each day.
We invite you to explore the page and learn more about how we're working together to help our students learn, grow, lead, and succeed! ππ
