What an incredible week at Nineovations Summer Camp! ☀️

This year's camp was our biggest yet, with 100 campers exploring nine different career-focused camp options. From healthcare and public safety to transportation, technology, and skilled trades, students had the opportunity to learn new skills, make new friends, and discover potential career pathways through hands-on experiences.

A huge thank you to our instructors, student helpers, and families who helped make this record-breaking year a success. We loved seeing the excitement, creativity, and enthusiasm from every camper!

What an incredible achievement! 🎉

Four students from Mrs. Bell's Biomedical Sciences program traveled to California to compete in the National Anatomage Tournament after taking 1st place out of 96 teams at the Indiana competition. They went on to finish 10th overall in the nation and earned 3rd place in the Skeletal Competition!

Their hard work, determination, and passion for healthcare sciences were on full display. Congratulations on an amazing accomplishment. We couldn't be prouder!

Today marks the last day of school, and we want to thank all of our students, families, and staff for a wonderful year. We hope everyone has a safe, relaxing, and fun summer break!

This year, Mrs. Bell’s BioMedical program held its first-ever White Coat Ceremony! To commemorate the occasion, students also recited the Hippocratic Oath, celebrating the completion of their program and the beginning of the next steps in their healthcare careers.

Throwback to past Nineovations Summer Camps! ☀️📸

During our Dental Careers camp, "Campers will learn how dental professionals operate and even create their own custom mouthguards. Through hands-on activities, they will gain an understanding of dental tools, procedures, and oral health care techniques in an engaging and interactive environment."

Big congratulations to the students of Mr. Runds’s Exercise Science program for winning the first-place prize in the 2026 HOSA Awareness Challenge! Today, the program was awarded a $500 check and a cake from and for their accomplishment!

Collaboration in action! 🔧🩺
Our Auto Service and Medical Assisting programs teamed up to share real-world skills with each other. Auto Service students taught tire changes, oil checks, and basic car maintenance, while Medical Assisting students shared hand washing techniques and blood pressure checks.

We were honored to welcome Kierra Carter back to campus to speak with Mrs. Bell’s Biomedical Program about her career at the coroner’s office and the important work she does serving the community. A proud Central Nine alumna, Carter also spent six years as a Criminal Justice instructor for Central Nine, making her visit especially meaningful for our students. Thank you for sharing your experience and inspiring the next generation!

🏁 Our Transportation students had an incredible experience at the Indianapolis Motor Speedway!

Students had the opportunity to explore the world of motorsports and meet with engineers from Honda Racing, learning firsthand about the technology, innovation, and teamwork that power racing at the highest level.

Our 2026 Plant Sale was filled with Mother's Day Shoppers! Thank you to everyone who came to campus for it!
