We’re excited to celebrate Erin as our Member of the Month! 🎉

Erin originally found CrossFit in 2013 after her sister-in-law invited her to a class—and as she puts it, “the rest is history!” After some time away, she returned in January 2026 and finally found the community she had been looking for.

When it comes to workouts, you’ll find Erin chasing heavy deadlifts and snatches, preferably with “Turn Down For What” blasting in the background. 🔥

One thing you may not know about Erin!
She was a competitive artistic roller skater and is so talented on skates that she even got married wearing them! 🛼💍

What Erin loves most about Three Cord is the genuine care and support found within our community. In her words, if you listen to the background of any class recording, you’ll hear members constantly cheering each other on and celebrating one another’s wins—and we couldn’t agree more.
