Learn skills. Practice skills. Blend skills. Increase variables. Increase intensity. Analyze weaknesses. Adjust accordingly. Repeat.

There’s progressions to learning, and often we jump from static techniques to full force scenarios… or worse, only ever do choreographed techniques and sequences.

Skill development takes time, and intention.

Catch us in person, or check out our online courses to learn more.

Happy training y’all!

Seminars and courses are great for exposure to new ideas, drills, concepts, techniques, etc...

What we get out of that comes down to how much we decide to train it after.

Learning is a process that takes time and consistency.

Being present at a seminar doesn't make you safer.

How committed you are to the process after is what matters most

Happy training y'all!

Training conceptually can be a bit more frustrating at first. When you learn how to create progressions, it helps to create smart fighters that can adapt to changing variables, instead of people expecting specific movements and losing track once things change.

This is a clip from a video we filmed with our good friend Dave from Stay Safe. Check out the full video in his YouTube page, along with alll the other amazing content he puts out.

And come train with us in person to increase your survivability against a violent knife attack.

Happy training y’all!
