This two-day class focuses on the Three Core Elements of Body Alignment — thorax, cervical, and pelvis — working with fascia to restore balance, mobility, breath, and vitality.
Techniques include myofascial stretch, glide & lengthen, deep tissue rolls, pin & stretch, mobilizations, and active release.
