Dinner plans this Friday, April 26 at 6p? Head over to Ala Moana Ctr (where the farmers market usually lives) for Empty Bowl Hawaii 2013!

Local artist groups, including host Hawai'i Potter's Guild, are currently busy making thousands of empty bowls. Pay $20 for a bowl ($25 at the door), hit up each of the 20+ restaurants for a specialty soup then take the bowl home with you. Proceeds are fighting hunger in our local community with this year's recipient being Hawaii Meals on Wheels.

Restaurants include 12th Ave Grill with Big Island Cauliflower Bisque with Sh*take Bacon Soup and Sansei with Slow Braised Shinsato Farms Pork and Hominy Posole Soup! Link below to the restaurants! Options for vegans and vegetarians too!

Buy tickets here: http://www.emptybowlhawaii.org/2013_event.htm
