After a long work year, our EMERGE adult learners are enjoying some well-deserved summer recreation!

They recently spent time at Slick City, where they had the chance to relax, have fun, and enjoy being together outside of the workday. 💙

Did you know that every detail of Monarch’s campus is intentional?

The colors on the walls, the lighting in our classrooms, the way spaces are arranged, and even policies like limiting scented perfumes are all part of creating an environment that supports our learners.

For many individuals with neurological differences, sensory input can impact regulation, focus, comfort, and participation. That’s why we are thoughtful about the spaces our students move through each day.

These choices help us create a welcoming, sensory-friendly campus while also being mindful of the environment around us. 💙

Relationship development is one of Monarch’s foundational Four Core Goals.

At Monarch, building meaningful connections is part of the learning process. Through trust, communication, shared experiences, and everyday interactions, learners strengthen the skills that help them connect with others and grow with confidence. 💙

Summer looks a little different at Monarch.

Some learners thrive with extra structure. Some finally slow down and recharge. Some spend the summer practicing life skills that took all year to build confidence in.

Growth doesn’t stop just because school does.

05/29/2026

Some of the biggest growth happens in the smallest moments.

Fresh air, confidence, connection, and the freedom to just be a kid.

One thing that makes Monarch special is that every learner here is different — and so is the path that helps them grow.

What confidence, independence, communication, or success looks like can vary from student to student, and that’s exactly why individualized support matters. 💙

And just like that, another school year comes to a close. 💙

We are so proud of the growth our learners made this year—academically, socially, emotionally, and in confidence and independence. Every milestone mattered.

As summer begins, we hope our students continue exploring, learning, building new memories, and growing in their own unique ways. Wishing all of our Monarch families a safe and wonderful summer! ☀️
