That's a wrap on the Roni Dean Burren Leadership & Development Training 🎉🎉

Today, Servant Leader Interns (SLIs) brought the energy as each site shared newly created chants, showcased their understanding of children's literature through book presentations, and celebrated the completion of training.

The room was filled with creativity, collaboration, and excitement as interns demonstrated what they learned and prepared to make the next step in their HYPE journey.

Congrats to all of our Servant Leader Interns, Project Managers and Site Coordinators.

Rain may have changed our plans, but it didn't stop the fun and learning on Day 2 of training☔⚡

Today, we stepped outside of our comfort zones on the zipline, sharpened our skills through model backs, and showed what it means to be flexible when unexpected challenges arise.

One thing is clear: this group is bringing energy, teamwork, and determination into the summer ahead.

📖 Ready to lead. Ready to learn. Ready to serve.

Today our SLIs, PDs & SCs were building the skills, relationships, and confidence needed to create a meaningful summer experience for HYPE Scholars.

We can't wait to see the impact they'll make!
