The pandemic has been hard on many. Covid relief funds helped many but sadly didn’t help fathers that got behind on child support. The current system doesn’t care if a dad get behind. They feel jailing a man in county jail will compel him to pay.
Since I took the picture in the banner my children are all adults minus my son. He’s 17 now. All the battles I had with the courts from trying to get custody, modifications of child support, drama etc. It’s almost over. But it’s not over for many. We want to partner with attorneys to help assist us to help others. We also want to file lawsuits to challenge unjust laws that can be defeated in court. Our politicians are too far gone at this point. No matter what side of the isle you sway too. No party cares about the everyday person. Only through grassroots movements can things change.
In 2022 we will go forward with our plans. This organization won’t focus on politics. We don’t care what color you are or your religion. If your a dad battling an unjust system then your welcome to be here. We will never anyone to feel unwelcome. Stay tuned to this page for the next steps.

Never go to family court without an attorney. The system is rigged against Fathers. Mothers that file child support don’t have to pay a dime because the state is representing them. If you decide to represent yourself make sure you study the law to the letter. You must know your rights.
You need to know how much you supposed to pay per child by state law. You must know the visitation laws. Also you can’t let them bully you. Learn your court order like someone would study the Bible. I saw many people get into trouble for violating their court order.

We just found out that Actor & Singer Tyrese Gibson pays his ex-wife $11K a month in child support. This is the norm for any man that work hard and a success. No child spends $11K a month. This money isn't audited to give account to where his ex-wife spends the money. There are poor people in America that live on less than $20K a year. There should be caps to the amount of child support awarded.

Many ask how the child support laws can be changed. Look at the example of the LGBTQ community. They didn't ask for laws to be changed they challenged the laws in court as being unconstitutional. We all know they won and got what they wanted. We need constitutional and family lawyers that will challenge the laws all the way up to the Supreme Court. We just need to find the lawyers passionate about changing the system. We also must help finance the fight as well as a collective of people.

Want a small business loan from the SBA? Not if you owe child support. The Small Business Administration Amendments of 1994 (Public Law 103-403) Made those that owe child support ineligible for small business loans. As I am researching the history of these laws for our documentary it amazes me how long this has been going on.
