Come to the LAN party this weekebd and fight for the free SSD being given out
Our next meeting will be next Tuesday (2/28/17) at 4:30PM in South 155. We will be discussing the upcoming LAN party in two weeks and completing the constitution
Hey everyone, I am finalizing the LAN party schedule with the host we will be having it at! I will post the final timeline along with tournament prizes later today!!!
Just a reminder everyone, we will be having a meeting at the Lonestar college Tomball campus at 4:30PM in South 155. Our main discussion topics will be:
1. Decide on our club Constitution
2. Decide on club officers (President, VP, Secretary, and Treasurer)
3. Brainstorm a calendar of events
Hey all, We will be discussing the next LAN party this week and planning it around spring break. In addition we will be meeting with the IT department at Lonestar to try and find some cool tours to check out such as data foundries or other major processing centers.
I haven't heard back from the IT guys about times and only a couple of people responded on email last week. So...I'll be on campus today from 2pm-3pm. Stop by my office-S153j if you want to chat about plans for the club. Or email the group or post here.
Hey all, I know at the first meeting we discussed possible ideas for the first "event." A LAN party was the primary focus and while I'm all for that myself, another venue I thought we could look into is a tour of Houston's Data Foundry or level 3 communications. I think it would be a good way to bring in new people and a little less planning then a LAN party. Thoughts, Comments?

Here is the alpha stage design for our club's logo. I requested the text around it to say lonestar college computer club and to change the inner text to have a more "intel" like feel to it. Maybe bolder outter text too, with a microchip style background instead of plain white. Comments?
Good morning all! I have a friend of mine who is a graphic designer working on a logo for us. I asked her to make it similar to the intel logo with more of a matrix green feel to it. I'm excited to see what she comes up with and will keep everyone posted!
