A huge THANK YOU to Shannon and Aria from BEI's partner institution, Houston Christian University (HCU), for visiting BEI and introducing our students to HCU's undergraduate and graduate programs.
Students asked great questions and learned more about possibilities for future academic opportunities. Creative partnerships like this - which includes a special visiting student status for taking an HCU graduate Management class at a discounted tuition rate - help build meaningful pathways from English language learning to higher education.

The excitement has officially begun!
Over the next several weeks, students, instructors, and staff at BEI will celebrate the FIFA World Cup 2026 through themed activities, friendly competitions, country spotlights, team spirit days, and opportunities to learn more about the cultures represented on the world stage.
Just as sports bring people together across borders, languages connect people across cultures. At BEI, we believe that learning a language is about much more than vocabulary and grammar—it is about building friendships, understanding different perspectives, and becoming part of a global community.
Throughout the tournament, we will be celebrating the diversity, friendship, teamwork, and international spirit that make both the FIFA World Cup and language learning so special.
