Built together, piece by piece. ๐งฉ
We pray our students grow not only in knowledge, but also in love for Jesus and for one another. As they learn, play, and build friendships, God is at work building them together into His family: a dwelling place for His Spirit. ๐๐

First order of business: search for acorns. ๐ฐ
What started as an acorn hunt quickly became an adventure filled with curiosity, teamwork, and lots of sunshine. Summer days at Immanuel are made for exploring!

One of the things we cherish most at Immanuel is seeing generations connected through faith and love.
Little eyes are always watching, learning what it means to care for others, trust in God, and share His love. What a blessing it is to walk alongside families as those lessons take root.

What a joy it is to begin another summer surrounded by little hearts growing, learning, laughing, and hearing the Good News of Jesus. โ๏ธ๐
As we kick off the Summer, weโre thankful for every child and family God has brought to our campus. Whether familiar faces or new friends joining our halls and playgrounds, we pray this summer is filled with joy, kindness, wonder, and the love of Christ.

Today, we remember and honor the men and women who gave their lives in service to our country. Their sacrifice allows us the freedom to worship openly and to freely teach the love of Christ to the young children entrusted to our care.
As a church and school deeply rooted in the historic Houston Heights community, we remember that our neighborhood was in large part shaped and strengthened through generations following World War II. We are especially thankful for those who served and sacrificed for the families and freedoms we cherish today.
โGreater love has no one than this, that someone lay down his life for his friends.โ โ John 15:13 ๐บ๐ธโ๏ธ

Art can be found in timeless masterpieces, but also in paper plates, placemats, and the wonderfully creative minds of little learners. ๐จโจ
Last week, ILS mom and owner of visited our Preschool and Pre-K classes to remind us that art can take any form. From colorful scribbles to carefully planned creations, every piece was unique and full of imagination.
We loved watching our students concentrate, color, and let their creativity fly! ๐

Godโs promises are not distant words from long ago. His Word is personal, faithful, and enduring. ๐
What a comfort to know that from generation to generation, the Lord continues to call His people to Himself with love, mercy, and grace. We pray our students grow each day rooted in that promise.
