Before the spotlight ever finds a dancer, it starts with an idea. A story. A myth that leaps off the page and into the studio.

For Week Four of our Little Dancer Workshops (August 3–7), we are stepping directly into the fantastical. Our dancers won't just be practicing their technique, they’ll be exploring movement, narrative, and stage decor through the lens of ballet’s most mystical characters.

Artistry gets the standing ovation. Athleticism earns it. 💪

We aren't just teaching steps; we’re building the whole person. Because a strong dancer starts with a healthy mind and body. Whether they're headed for the professional stage or taking on the world outside the studio, our dancers leave here with more resiliency.

Want to see how the magic actually happens? Drop in every week for our new series! We’re hanging out with our holistic student support team to show you the real work behind the art. 🎬

Drop your favorite ballet step in the comments. If it’s not an arabesque, you’re wrong. 😉

The magic comes later. This is where it starts.

Inside our studios, we aren’t just teaching the first positions of ballet, we’re building the foundations for a lifetime.

When your child steps into the studio, the dancing is only part of the story. They are discovering what dedication feels like. They are learning how to stand a little taller with newfound confidence, solve problems with creativity, and find the resilience to try one more time.

You don’t have to be a professional dancer to train like one.

Did you know Pilates wasn’t always the international phenomenon it is today? It was actually developed by Joseph Pilates during his time in a British internment camp during WWI. Later, Joseph met his wife, Clara, on the boat immigrating to the US, and together they opened the first-ever Pilates studio in NYC.

They quickly established a loyal following in the local dance community. Iconic choreographers like George Balanchine and Martha Graham regularly sent their students to the studio for training and rehabilitation.

Want to build that same dancer strength and resilience? Come join us this weekend for a Pilates class with !
