Today, our Houston City College Center for Entrepreneurship S.O.A.R. Accelerator entrepreneurs had the opportunity to hear from another dynamic business owner in Houston-area.

With game-changing insights from Marcus Bowers, co-founder of She’s Happy Hair, they explored how AI, innovation, and digital marketing are being used to scale and transform businesses.

HCC Central’s Upward Bound Ambassadors touched down in Washington, D.C. for the National Student Leadership TRIO Conference!

From engaging in leadership sessions to visiting historical landmarks, these students had a blast and represented Houston City College with pride.

Last week, our Interior Design students participating in the SEED Summer Design Experience had an incredible opportunity to step beyond the classroom and into the future of housing construction!

The cohort visited an active 3D concrete printing project site to learn firsthand how innovative housing solutions are being designed, engineered, and built for the Houston area.

HCC South Campus is now offering Forklift Operator certifications, and we want YOU! Get certified with us in just one day!

This 7-hour course covers forklift basics with hands-on training, meets OSHA requirements, and provides a certificate of completion. Tuition is only $85, and you could be eligible for a scholarship!

Our Fashion at HCC Central students and professors recently went to support HCC Alumnus, Christian Le, during an extravagant solo exhibition. The opening night of “Folding Screens” was an exciting reunion highlighting Le’s Vietnamese-inspired garments and innovative craftsmanship.
