I just found out that it’s mentoring month. As a coach, I still value mentoring for sharing knowledge, skills and experience. Knowledge is meant to be shared not hoarded. We can learn so much from each other. January is a great time to be intentional about helping to develop others. It’s also a good time to look for someone who can pour into you.
