“What I love best about MOLO is that we don’t look at iPads here…”

As part of our Kindergarten graduation interviews, we asked our students a few simple questions and heard many sweet answers. But one response stayed with us.

A child said:”Because at MOLO, we don’t just look at iPads. We get to touch the materials and do real work.”

In a world full of screens and digital noise, this simple answer reminded us of something essential: children are still drawn to real experiences. In Montessori philosophy, learning is not passive. It happens through movement, hands-on exploration, and meaningful work.

As Dr. Montessori said: “The hand is the instrument of intelligence.” Moments like this remind us why we listen closely to children—because sometimes, they express the heart of education more clearly than we ever could. 🌱

🌏✨ MOLO at AMS Asia 2026

On June 13–14, MOLO was honored to participate in the AMS Asia Conference in Hangzhou, China.

Ms. Anneka Yang presented on “Montessori as Education: Integrating Montessori Philosophy with Sports and Football Education”, exploring how soccer and movement can be intentionally integrated into Montessori environments to support children’s holistic development—academically, physically, socially, and emotionally.

We were privileged to connect with leaders from the American Montessori Society, including Ms.Anita Hanks, Dr. Vanessa, Ms. Melina Papadimitriou, Ms. Hannah Baynham, and Dr. Darla Miller (AMS Living Legacy 2027).

At our MOLO booth, we shared our programs, international initiatives, summer camps, and custom-designed learning materials—highlighting how MOLO extends authentic Montessori experiences beyond the classroom through global collaboration and cultural exchange.

From Houston to Spain and our growing China Summer Camp programs, MOLO continues to embrace Dr. Montessori’s vision of “Cosmic Education”, helping children understand their place in an interconnected world.

Thank you AMS Asia for bringing educators together to exchange ideas and inspire the future of education. 💙🌍

❤️🖤💚 Juneteenth

Maria Montessori believed that education is a pathway to peace—a way for children to better understand themselves, others, and the world they share.

Today, we honor Juneteenth, a day of freedom, reflection, and remembrance. As a school community, we recognize the importance of learning from history while fostering respect, dignity, and belonging for all.

Through education, understanding, and connection, we help build a future rooted in empathy and hope.

🎒✨ What’s Inside the MOLO Summer Camp Backpack?

MOLO Backpack wasn’t just a backpack—it was packed with thoughtful details designed especially for our China Summer Camp.

Inside were summer essentials to help students stay cool, rainy-day supplies to keep them prepared, and exclusive MOLO souvenirs created just for this trip. 🌦️☀️

Our favorite items are our custom-designed keepsake, featuring iconic landmarks from each city we visited, combined with MOLO’s own design elements—a small way to help students remember the places, experiences, and memories they collected along the way. 🇨🇳✨

Seeing the excitement on the children’s faces and hearing how much both students and parents loved these gifts made all the preparation worthwhile.

Every item was chosen with care, because we believe the journey begins long before the plane takes off. 🌏🎒💛
