UPLIFT Educational Solutions is excited to announce a new and historic chapter in our mission to serve students and families throughout the Houston area. As our organization continues to grow, we are proud to introduce UPLIFT Collegiate Schools, our expanding network of schools dedicated to providing high-quality, student-centered educational opportunities for scholars across Houston, Texas.

As part of this exciting growth, we are honored to welcome Mesha White as the newly appointed Superintendent of Schools. Mrs. White will lead the academic vision, operational development, and strategic growth of UPLIFT Collegiate Schools as we work toward opening our first campus and building a lasting educational legacy for future generations.

We are equally proud to announce the name of our inaugural campus, Genesis Collegiate Prep. Scheduled to open serving scholars in Grades 5 through 7 during its inaugural year, Genesis Collegiate Prep will be designed to provide a rigorous college-preparatory education while fostering leadership, character development, innovation, and student well-being.

Our planned growth model reflects a commitment to thoughtful expansion and long-term sustainability:

Year 1: Grades 5–7
Year 2: Addition of Grade 8
Year 3: Addition of Grades 4 and 9th
Continued annual expansion to serve additional grade levels
Long-term vision of a comprehensive Daycare through 12th Grade educational continuum

Through this phased approach, UPLIFT Collegiate Schools will create a seamless educational pathway that supports children from their earliest learning experiences through high school graduation, preparing them to thrive in college, careers, and life.

This announcement represents more than the launch of a school—it represents the beginning of a movement focused on empowering students, strengthening communities, and creating opportunities for generations to come. We look forward to partnering with families, educators, community leaders, and stakeholders as we bring this vision to life.

As we continue the important work of planning, developing, and preparing for the launch of Genesis Collegiate Prep, Mrs. White’s leadership, vision, and unwavering commitment to educational excellence will help guide our organization through this transformative period. Her appointment reflects our dedication to creating a school where scholars are challenged academically, supported socially and emotionally, and inspired to become future leaders.

The year 2027 represents more than a leadership transition—it signifies a new chapter of growth, preparation, and purpose as we move closer to welcoming our first class of scholars. Under Mrs. White’s leadership, UPLIFT Collegiate Schools will continue strengthening the systems, partnerships, and educational foundation necessary to ensure that Genesis Collegiate Prep opens its doors prepared to deliver an exceptional learning experience from day one.

As Superintendent, Mrs. White will play a critical role in overseeing campus readiness, academic program development, staff recruitment, operational planning, community engagement, and the establishment of a culture rooted in excellence, innovation, and student success. Her leadership will be instrumental in transforming our vision into a thriving educational reality for families and communities we are honored to serve.
