Last night, the Chamber Choir performed at the annual Baccalaureate Service for Grissom High School, of which Susan LaBarr's "I Should Be Glad" was one of the featured songs. This work expresses the gratitude many singers feel for being able to create meaningful work. It reflects the idea that the long hours and hard work are worthwhile when music can positively impact the lives of others.

Congratulations to one of our Chamber Choir seniors Ava Cahue!
We decided to restructure the choirs a little at MSU and make Schola Cantorum (treble) an auditioned ensemble. We are excited to announce the inaugural group that we know will make incredible music next year!

This past Tuesday, Grissom Choir had the honor of hosting the "University Singers" from The University of Alabama. Under the direction of Dr. Morgan Luttig, these students sing with musicality, grace, and so much energy. Thank you for including us on your Spring Tour once more and for sharing your voices!
