Friday night smelled like sofrito and olive oil. ๐ ๐ฐ๐ถ ๐ฎ๐ช๐ด๐ด๐ฆ๐ฅ ๐ข ๐จ๐ฐ๐ฐ๐ฅ ๐ฐ๐ฏ๐ฆ.
Thereโs always a moment in these classes where everyone leans in a little more โ watching the pan, asking questions, figuring it out together.
Last weekโs vegetable paella started the same way.
Simple ingredients.
A few techniques.
A little guidance.
And then, slowly, it all came together.
By the end of the night, the kitchen felt different.
Plates were full, people were talking, and no one was in a hurry to leave.
