There is something exciting about watching leaders grow in their understanding of God's Word. In Liberia, students are gathering with open Bibles, asking thoughtful questions, and digging deeper into Scripture alongside Dr. Sanders. As they study the Old Testament and learn how to interpret and communicate God's Word, they are gaining tools that will strengthen their ministries for years to come.We are encouraged to see these leaders growing not only in biblical knowledge, but also in their walk with the Lord as they serve their churches and communities with greater confidence and conviction.

A student may remember a class for years. But they also remember the volunteer who prayed with them. The volunteer who welcomed them with a smile. The volunteer who quietly served behind the scenes to make sure everything was ready. That's the power of serving. Our volunteers invest their time, talents, prayers, and resources to help create a place where leaders can be equipped and encouraged. Their impact reaches far beyond what they see. We are deeply grateful for every volunteer who helps make the mission of TCM possible.

A student stayed after class to ask how he could better disciple the youths in his church. Moments like these remind us that leadership training is more than just gaining knowledge. It's about preparing leaders to faithfully serve where God has called them. That's why TCM continues to equip disciple-makers who will help others follow Jesus.

Some of these leaders are serving in places and regions where they have little access to biblical training. That's why we are passionate about training and equipping leaders to be disciple makers who make transformational impact in their churches, cultures, and countries.

Think about the person who helped you grow in your faith. A mentor. A pastor. A friend. Someone invested in you. Today, TCM is investing in leaders who will do the same for others.

We believe every community deserves leaders who are grounded in scripture and passionate about making disciples. We thank God for the pastoral ethics class that was held in Poland. Students asked thoughtful questions, challenged one another, and wrestled with how these biblical principles apply to the ministries they lead every day. You could almost see the wheels turning as leaders considered how what they were learning would impact their churches, communities, and future disciples.

You may never get the chance to meet these leaders in person, but know that through your prayers and generosity it helped them to achieve their diploma and now they are graduates of TCM, sent out for the mission God has given them. Thank you for your support and love.
