After providing a comprehensive cooperative purchasing service to school districts across the state for the past 15 years, we recently entered into partnership agreements with nearly all other educational service centers in Indiana to create the Educational Cooperative Purchasing Alliance (ECPA).

Not only do school districts benefit from the incredible discounted pricing negotiated with vendors, but they also don't have to worry about the time commitment needed to engage in their own RFP process.

In 24-25, Indiana school districts saved over $9 million utilizing this program, and we expect to greatly exceed that savings this school year.
