Meet Chris Mathiasen. He started as an agent supporting the BFSI vertical and has spent more than 17 years taking on new challenges across operations, audit, risk management and compliance. We’re ecstatic about the early results we’re delivering in loan servicing through our partnership with Domu, a leading voice-AI platform. As the financial industry evolves, the future lies in applying automation where it creates the most value while enabling human agents to focus on the complex, high-trust conversations that matter most.
Together, we're deploying AI-powered virtual agents within Alorica Financial's SST platform to support borrower servicing around the clock while maintaining the compliance, governance and auditability required in regulated environments. In the first 30 days, the solution resolved nearly half of borrower inquiries without a live agent, maintained payment conversion performance comparable to human agents, and collected nearly $100,000 through AI-assisted payments.
By handling routine servicing interactions such as payments, balance inquiries and account access, AI expands availability and improves efficiency, allowing experienced teams to focus on the moments that require judgment, empathy and expertise.
