Please join us in congratulating Dr. Bethany Murphy on her recent promotion to full Professor within the Department of Pharmacy Practice! She is a blessing to our students, her patients, and the greater Jackson community!

The College of Pharmacy is excited to welcome Dr. Jenna Summerlin as our Assistant Dean for Student Services! Dr. Summerlin is a Class of 2020 graduate from our program and comes to us with a wealth of experience. She completed post-graduate residencies at Methodist University Hospital (PGY-1) and Johns Hopkins All Children's Hospital (PGY-2). Following residency, she began her career in academia at the University of Texas at Austin as a Clinical Assistant Professor of Pharmacy Practice where she served in pediatric internal medicine at Dell Children's Medical Center. We are blessed to have her and excited for all that is to come!
