🚀 RCSA Intracoastal Families: School Cash Online is Here! 🚀

Beginning this school year, River City Science Academy will be using School Cash Online for field trips, school events, spirit wear, yearbooks, and other school-related payments.

To ensure you receive notifications and can easily make payments throughout the year, please create your account and add your student as soon as possible.

Scan the QR code on the flyer or visit:

2️⃣ Create Your Account

Enter your first and last name
Provide your email address
Create a password
Select a security question and answer
Choose "YES" to receive email notifications

3️⃣ Verify Your Email

Check your inbox for a verification email from School Cash Online
Be sure to check your Spam/Junk folder if you do not see it

4️⃣ Sign In

Log in using your email address and password
👨‍🎓 Add Your Student

Step 1: In the School Board field, type:
River City Science Academy

Step 2: Select:
River City Science Academy Intracoastal

Step 3: Enter your student's information:

Student ID Number (do not include the letter "S")
Student's Last Name
Student's Birth Date

If you do not know your student's ID number, please contact the school for assistance.

Step 4: Confirm your student's information

Click "I Agree"
Select your relationship to the student
Click Continue

Step 5: Success! 🎉
Your student has been added to your account. You can now:

View available school items
Make payments online
Add additional students if needed

🏅 Middle School Sports Are Growing! 🏅

We are excited to announce that our Middle School Athletics Program is expanding!

This year, we are adding Cheerleading, which will run throughout the entire school year.

As we prepare for upcoming sports seasons, please note the following important information regarding athletic paperwork:

✅ If you participated in a fall or winter sport last year, you will need to submit new EL2 and EL3 forms before participating this year.

✅ If you only participated in soccer during the spring season, your current physical will remain valid Up until the soccer season begins.
*Please check the date on any current physicals. Any date that expires prior to the completion of the season, will need to be updated.

⚠️ We will have paperwork cutoff dates prior to tryouts, and athletic physicals and required forms will not be accepted after those deadlines. To avoid missing out on tryouts or participation, please submit your paperwork as soon as possible.

We strongly encourage families to get their physicals completed and turned in to the front office early. It's always better to be prepared than to miss an opportunity to participate!

🇺🇸✨ Our RCSA Intracoastal Safety Patrol had another unforgettable day in Washington, D.C.! ✨🇺🇸

Today, our students explored some of our nation’s most iconic landmarks and museums. They visited the Lincoln Memorial, where they reflected on the legacy of leadership and unity. They also discovered incredible exhibits at the National Museum of Natural History and the National Museum of American History, learning more about our country’s past, scientific discoveries, and the people who helped shape our nation.

We ended the day with the beautiful Sunset Review, a moving military tradition that made for a truly memorable experience.

What an amazing opportunity for our Safety Patrol students to learn, explore, and create lifelong memories together! ❤️🤍💙

📢 Important Payment Platform Update

River City Science Academy Schools will soon transition from SchoolPay to School Cash Online as our new online payment system.

✅ Current 2025–2026 School Year Payments
Families should continue using SchoolPay.com for all current school year payments through the end of June.

✅ Starting July 1, 2026
School Cash Online will be used for all payments related to the 2026–2027 school year.

📧 Watch for an Important Email
Parents will soon receive an official registration email from School Cash Online with instructions to set up their account. Please note: this is a legitimate email and not spam.
