Are you a working professional?
Then you've probably realized that learning doesn't happen the same way it did ten or twenty years ago.
You bring experience into every classroom. You connect ideas to projects you're managing, teams you're leading, and challenges you're solving right now.
Yet much of higher education is still designed as if adult learners have unlimited time, fewer responsibilities, and little professional context to contribute.
Maybe it's time for a different approach.
At Florida Coastal University, we believe education should adapt to the learner, not ask the learner to adapt to the institution.
What do you think higher education needs to change most for today's adult learners?
