🔥 The Story Behind Refine KC

Four years ago, two families shared a dream: to create a Christ-centered school where students could be known, challenged, and encouraged to grow in their faith.

We didn't have all the answers. We didn't know exactly what the future would hold. But we believed God was calling us to take a step of faith.

Since then, we've watched Him provide every step of the way.

He provided students.
He provided families.
He provided teachers.
He provided supporters.
And He continues to provide today.

As we prepare to begin our 5th year this fall, we're filled with gratitude for everyone who has been part of this journey. What started as a small vision has grown into a community of students, families, and staff pursuing Christ together.

As we look ahead to Year 5, we're grateful for God's faithfulness and excited for the students and families who will become part of the next chapter of the Refine KC story.

With a maximum of 12 students per class (most less), our teachers are able to truly know each student and provide personalized support.

Faith is the foundation of everything we do. It's woven into every part of the school day, guiding how we learn, serve, and grow. Helping students develop a strong, personal relationship with Christ is at the heart of our mission.

Five years ago, Refine KC School began with a vision: to provide Christ-centered, personalized education where students are truly known, challenged, and encouraged to grow academically and spiritually.

As we prepare for our 5th year, our team is planning, praying, organizing classrooms, and getting excited for what God has ahead.

We are so grateful for every family, student, teacher, and supporter who has been part of this journey.

Several grades are already full, and we currently have limited openings remaining in select K–12 grades for the 2026–2027 school year.
