Ruler of the Kingdom! 2 castles battling it out! Throwing cannon balls over the castle wall attempting to knock down pins! If a ball lands in the moat, swim to retrieve it. Each team gets 1 king or queen to get a peek at the opposing team’s set up and share information with their teammates!

As we wrap up our “Lead With Heart” themed 25-26 school year, I leave a video that demonstrates how we utilize our Heart Zones heart monitors in PE! Being announced as a Heart Zones Model School was huge for us! A great tool for students, parents, and teachers to take a deeper dive into individualized heart health in PE!
