Yesterday at preschool we celebrated Fruit & Veggie Day and it was such a fun experience for our little learners! 🍓🥕🍉

Our friends got hands-on in the kitchen using kid-safe utensils to help cut fresh fruits and veggies all by themselves. From crunchy carrots to juicy apples, the excitement on their faces while exploring new foods was the sweetest part of the day.

We love creating positive, playful experiences around healthy eating and helping children learn that trying new foods can be fun, empowering, and delicious! Watching our preschoolers explore, taste, and enjoy fresh foods together made for such a special day.

What a FUN month of learning, exploring, and celebrating! 🌈🐝🌸 From Rainbow Week full of colorful discoveries, to singing and learning during Sesame Street & Nursery Rhyme Week, and ending with the sweetness of Flower & Bee Day, our preschoolers have been busy making memories, learning through play, and growing every day. We loved every moment of this month filled with imagination, laughter, and hands-on fun. We can’t wait to see what next month brings! 💛

Flower Day was in full bloom in our preschool classrooms 🌸🌼 From flower “arranging” with strainers, to colorful cork painting on our giant cooperative mural, to creating playdoh flower gardens complete with hand-drawn vases and stems. Our students spent the day learning through creativity, exploration, and play.

Activities like these help build so many important lifelong skills: flexible thinking, problem solving, communication, fine motor development, following visual models, independence, creativity, and cooperative play. We love watching our students explore materials in their own unique ways while practicing decision making, turn taking, matching, and self-expression.
