Not everyone who reaches out to Starting Over Stronger Divorce Concierge is ready for mediation.
If you are still trying to decide whether your marriage can be repaired, you are considering separation or you are just not sure what to do right now, a Divorce Clarity Session can help. Many simply feel stuck, overwhelmed, and unsure what their next steps should be. This one-time, private consultation is designed to help you sort through the confusion, explore your options, and identify productive next steps without pressure to make any immediate decisions.
What We Will Explore:
• Where you are today and what has brought you here
• What you've already tried to improve the relationship
• What is and isn't working
• Your concerns, fears, and unanswered questions
• Some independent feedback on whether reconciliation appears to be a realistic possibility
• What separation or divorce might look like in your circumstances
• Resources and support to help you plan
• Practical next steps based on your unique situation
This session is ideal for individuals who:
• Are considering separation or divorce but don't feel ready
• Feel stuck in indecision and need an objective sounding board
• Want to better understand options before taking action
• Need help organizing thoughts and priorities
• Are looking for guidance from someone experienced in divorce, mediation, relationships, and conflict resolution
This is not therapy.
This is not legal advice.
This is not an attempt to convince you to stay married or get divorced.
The purpose of a Divorce Clarity Session is to help you get clear on where you sit, what your options are, and how you could move forward with greater confidence in whatever decision is right for you.
After the session, you'll have:
• Greater clarity about your situation
• A better understanding of available options
• A personalized action plan with concrete next steps
• Referrals and resources when appropriate
• More confidence in your ability to move forward thoughtfully and intentionally
Virtual or in-person appointments available. You don't have to know what you want.
Sometimes the most important first step is simply creating space to think clearly with someone who will hold space for you to process clearly.

Navigating or rebuilding after a difficult life transition like divorce, or simply wanting to feel more confident in yourself and your future?
My colleague, Dr. Susan Harrison, is hosting a Confidence Reset Workshop on June 20 at 9:30 a.m. in Overland Park. Susan is someone I know and trust, and her work focuses on helping people quiet self-doubt, strengthen boundaries, and move forward with greater clarity and confidence.
If you'd like more information or would like to reserve a spot, you can text Susan directly at 913-568-9285 or use the registration link below in comments.
I'll be there that day as well and I'm here if you have any current coaching or mediation needs.

If we've had the pleasure of working together through mediation or divorce coaching at any time in the past, I'd be honored if you'd consider leaving a Google review.
I understand that divorce and relationship transitions are deeply personal, and I know not everyone is comfortable sharing publicly about that part of their life. If you do choose to leave a review, please know that you can be as brief, general, and discreet as you'd like. You never need to share personal details.
Your kind words help others who are feeling overwhelmed, uncertain, or scared find support and realize they don't have to navigate this journey alone.
Thank you for trusting me during one of life's most challenging seasons. It has been a privilege to walk alongside each of you.
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Leave a review here!
With gratitude,
Annie

Before You Say the Word "Divorce"
One of the smartest things I did years ago –before filing for divorce– had nothing to do with attorneys, mediation, or paperwork.
Long before I became a divorce coach or mediator. Before I knew anything at all about divorce.
I gathered information.
Not because I was planning a fight.
Not because I was hiding anything.
Because major life decisions are easier when they're made with facts instead of assumptions.
Before discussing separation or divorce, consider making copies of a few years of:
• Tax returns
• Pay stubs
• Bank statements
• Credit card statements
• Retirement accounts
• Investment accounts
• Mortgage information
• Vehicle titles and loans
• Insurance policies
• Passports and birth certificates
• Social Security cards
• Business records, if applicable
I also recommend documenting the contents and condition of the home with photos or video.
Hopefully you'll never need some of this.
But if you do, you'll be glad you took the time while everything was still accessible.
Preparation isn't conflict.
Preparation is clarity.
Educational information only. I am not an attorney and this is not legal advice.

June is Men's Mental Health Month and we need to share this far and wide, because men (and women!) need to know that it's okay for men to:
😢 cry.
🫶 ask for help.
🛋️ go to therapy.
🌧️ have bad days.
🤷♂️ not have all the answers.
❤️ be human.
Strength isn't the absence of emotion. It's having the courage to face it. And ladies, most of the men in your lives have been told the opposite their entire lives. Imagine how hard that must be to overcome. Just as we need them to be our safe space, they need us to be theirs -- and many of them don't even know it.
This Men's Mental Health Month, check on the men you love. They may be carrying more than you know.

☕ Coffee + Connection
Starting this Friday, May 16th at 9:00 a.m. CST, I’m opening up a free weekly space for women navigating separation and divorce.
This isn’t therapy and it isn't a gripe session. It’s a calm, supportive conversation with other women navigating it too and a Certified Divorce Coach who has been there and knows how heavy and disorienting this season of life can feel.
Some weeks you may want to talk. Some weeks you may just want to listen. Both are welcome.
We may discuss things like:
• communication and conflict
• mediation and divorce process questions
• grief, fear, and uncertainty
• rebuilding identity and stability
• how to move forward without losing yourself
Free to attend. Every Friday at 9:00 a.m. CST. Join us and bring a friend.
Register today by submitting an inquiry on the site in bio. Zoom link will be shared when we receive your inquiry. Comment or PM if you need more information.
