Our students got to experience and learn about dairy cows today with The Southwest Dairy Farmers Mobile Dairy Classroom!! Ms. Kari brought Tempe the diary cow to share the whole process of how milk gets from a cow like Tempe to our school cafe here at Chouteau!

Preschool Graduation was this afternoon and these super stars rocked it! We had such great turnout to see our preschool sweeties graduate. Parents and aunties and grandparents, and more!

Today we are having our Dragon Rallies! We’ve invited the SkyDome Planetarium to come today and it is INCREDIBLE! Seriously the coolest in-school field trip we’ve had in a long time. Totally WHOA!

Each of our grades will get to experience this “out of the world” presentation today. They’re loving it!! It’s a great way to spend one of our last few days of the year!

Today we celebrated outstanding April Attendance with a picnic in this beautiful weather! Kids with 98% or higher for April got to come eat outside if they wanted to with Ms. Woiderski!

We do strive to celebrate great attendance because the more you’re here… the more you learn! Plus we miss our kids when they’re not with us!

HUGE shoutout to our stellar, fabulous, fantastic, wonderful, and hardworking teachers this week! It’s been National Teacher Appreciation Week and they’re dearly appreciated here at Chouteau.

They truly work so hard to plan meaningful and impactful lessons, support students behaviorally and emotionally, and love our dragons all day long. Teaching takes passionate people, and we have those in abundance.

Nurse Sheri keeps kids safe and healthy each day! Loving our dragons through it all, she provides a kind and loving heart for them when they’re hurt or sick…as well as a little encouraging love when they need someone to get them through the day when they feel a little wimpy. She does it all!
