As Finals Week begins, we would like to recognize the dedication, perseverance, and hard work our students have demonstrated throughout the semester. This important week provides an opportunity for students to showcase their knowledge, reflect on their growth, and finish the term with confidence.
To help ensure success during finals, we encourage all students to:
• Prioritize adequate sleep each night
• Eat nutritious meals and stay hydrated
• Arrive at school on time and prepared
• Review materials and manage study time effectively
• Take advantage of available academic support resources
• Maintain a positive mindset and confidence in their abilities
We also extend our gratitude to our teachers, staff, and families for their continued support and encouragement of our students during this busy time of year.
At Kamiakin High School, we are proud of the commitment our students bring to their academic pursuits each day. Regardless of the outcome of any individual exam, Finals Week is a reflection of the effort, determination, and growth that have taken place throughout the semester.
We encourage all Braves to stay focused, support one another, and finish the school year strong. We look forward to celebrating your accomplishments and the successful completion of another academic term. For finals week it is important that students are in class for the entire duration of the final. Office will have limited ability to send passes for students so please plan accordingly.
Best of luck to all students during Finals Week. Your hard work matters, and we are proud of all you have achieved.
Go Braves!

Brave Brags! Please join us in congratulating our final Rotary Students of the Month, Abby Beecher and Ethan Wodehouse!
Both Abby and Ethan are outstanding students in the Fire Program at Tri-Tech and exemplify excellence, dedication, and service.
Abby Beecher has consistently proven she goes above and beyond on all her assignments and projects. She never allows herself to produce mediocre work, even on the smallest or most trivial tasks. Though quiet in nature, Abby is always polite, engaged, and highly respected by her peers and instructors. In addition to her accomplishments at Tri-Tech, Abby has earned her EMT certification and plans to attend the University of Wisconsin before pursuing a medical degree. Her commitment to excellence and helping others will undoubtedly lead to a bright future in the medical field.
Ethan Wodehouse, a second-year student in the Fire Program at Tri-Tech, has already achieved more at his age than many accomplish in a lifetime. Through split-training, Ethan successfully completed U.S. Army Basic Combat Training as a high school junior and is scheduled to depart for Advanced Individual Training (A.I.T.) as a combat medic at Ft. Sam Houston, Texas, following graduation from Kamiakin High School. His future actions will no doubt bring great honor to himself, his family, the United States Army, and the United States of America. We fully commend Ethan and wish him every success in all of his future endeavors.
Congratulations again to Abby and Ethan for being exceptional representatives of Kamiakin High School and our community.
Special Thanks to Mrs. Inabnit for organzing this opportunity for Kamiakin students

Brave Events! One of the most anticipated highlights of our spring season is our annual Culture Night, a special event that brings our community together to learn from one another and celebrate the rich diversity that makes our school so unique. This memorable evening is an opportunity for students, families, and community members to share and experience traditions from cultures around the world in a welcoming and joyful environment.
We invite everyone to join us for a night filled with cultural pride and connection. Guests can enjoy a variety of traditional foods, lively music, and vibrant dance performances that showcase the heritage and talents of our students and their families. In addition to the performances and cuisine, the event offers plenty of opportunities for family-friendly fun, meaningful conversations, and a deeper appreciation for the many cultures represented in our community. We are grateful to Kamiakin ATP for their hard work and dedication in organizing this event and for creating such a special space where every student feels seen, valued, and celebrated.

Brave Brags! Please join us in congratulating David Carlson and Allison Cunningham for being selected as April’s Columbia Center Rotary Students of the Month!
David has taken on more than 12 AP classes at Kamiakin while maintaining a 4.0 GPA—an incredible achievement made even more impressive by his dedication as a goalie for his hockey team. He excelled as a top student in AP Psychology and AP Physics 2 and took on the rare challenge of AP Calculus BC and AP Statistics simultaneously, leading both classes. As one of this year’s valedictorians, David’s hard work and determination truly stand out. Known for his positive attitude and friendly nature, he is a valued member of the school community. David will attend Montana State University to study mechanical engineering.
Allison has also achieved great success, completing over 7 AP classes while maintaining a 3.8 GPA. A talented soccer player, she brings the same teamwork and determination to the classroom, where she is known for asking thoughtful questions and staying engaged. Allison is kind, responsible, and a positive presence among her peers. After graduation, she will enlist in the Air Force—an admirable and exciting next step.
Special thanks to Mrs. Inabnit for providing this opportunity to celebrate Kamiakin students.
