Things got delightfully messy at Central Texas College's College for Kids!
Students in the Slippery Slime Science Camp rolled up their sleeves and explored the fascinating world of chemistry through hands-on experiments and plenty of slime. From stretchy creations to colorful concoctions, young scientists learned scientific concepts while having a blast getting icky, sticky and creative.
College for Kids continues to provide engaging opportunities for students to learn, explore and discover new interests all summer long. From science and technology to chess, art and more, there's something for every curious learner.

Future game developers are leveling up at CTC College for Kids!
Students in the Black Rocket: Make Your First Video Game course explored game design and coding by creating their own interactive video games inspired by popular themes like The Simpsons, Among Us and their own original ideas. Through hands-on learning, they developed creativity, critical thinking and problem-solving skills while bringing their unique gaming concepts to life.
From coding characters to designing gameplay, these young creators discovered what it takes to build a video game from the ground up.

It is with deep sadness that the Central Texas College community mourns the passing of Judge Barbara “Bobbie” Weaver, a remarkable leader, advocate and friend. A distinguished alumna of Central Texas College, former member of the CTC Board of Trustees, emeritus member of the CTC Foundation Board and generous donor, Judge Weaver dedicated her life to public service and expanding educational opportunities for others.
Her legacy of integrity, compassion and leadership helped shape countless lives and strengthened the mission of CTC. We extend our heartfelt condolences to General (Ret.) Rex Weaver and the entire Weaver family.
