Mark your calendars, Osceola families, for our 2026 Meet the Teacher Events! 📚✨

All high schools and Osceola County School for the Arts will host Meet The Teacher on Wednesday, August 5, from 3:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m.

All middle and K-8 schools will host Meet The Teacher on Thursday, August 6, from 3:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m.

All elementary schools will host Meet the Teacher on Friday, August 7, from 3:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m.

It’s the perfect chance for students to get comfortable, meet their teachers, and feel confident for the first day of school on August 10.

🦉 Summer may be here, Owls — but our reading doesn’t take a vacation!

Even while you’re soaking up the sunshine, keep those pages turning and keep logging your Beanstack minutes. Our schoolwide summer challenge is in full swing, and every minute you read between May 29–July 31 helps you earn badges, complete challenges, and work toward fun recognition.

Keep the pages 📖 turning this summer with our BeanStack Summer Reading Challenge as we also celebrate America's 250th birthday.

If your child would like to participate, they can log their minutes through BeanStack, which is accessible through Classlink and your mobile app store.

Just reading 30 minutes a day has a lot of benefits, including:
✅ Preventing the “summer slide” and keeping minds sharp
✅ Boosting vocabulary, comprehension, and imagination
✅ Discovering new interests and adventures through books
✅ Building a lifelong love of learning

Parents, this summer, we encourage you to set aside family reading time, take your children to the local library, or start a mini book club at home.

Our summer office hours are in effect June 1 – July 24:
🕖 Monday – Wednesday: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
🕖 Thursday: 7:00 AM – 4:30 PM
🚪 Closed on Fridays

💻📚 Device & Library Returns
If you were unable to turn in your student device or library books before the end of the school year, our front office will gladly accept them during summer office hours.

Our 5th graders “leveled up” on Monday! 🎓✨ During orientation, they learned from teachers and current students, gaining confidence and excitement for their upcoming transition to middle school. We’re proud of how ready they are for this next step!
