The drop in creates a force that demands a co-contraction around the hip hinge.

Similar to other related variations (drop in arm side/glove side), this drill challenges the athlete to control their pelvis and center of mass under dynamic conditions.

It starts in the lab with Randy and Ari where they are tracking every piece of data to make real time adjustments on both body and pitch movement.

Post bullpen session, we provide the athlete with a report on what we see utilizing both the data and our experience.

From there it’s time to make immediate adjustments on the training floor with our staff. It’s not just about telling the athlete what we see, but also providing them with a training environment that allows their body to naturally make the adjustments without constant verbal cues.
