What an incredible evening at our Herradura Tequila Dinner! 🌵🥃

A huge thank you to everyone who joined us for a night filled with exceptional tequila, amazing food, and great company. From the fresh Scallop Ceviche and Chicharron Tacos to the Bone-In Barbacoa Short Rib and Churros, each course was thoughtfully paired with premium Herradura expressions to create a truly memorable experience.

Special thanks to our Herradura partners for helping make the evening so special and to our culinary and service teams for delivering an outstanding experience from start to finish.

Yesterday, Eaglebrooke hit the pause button on our daily operations for something just as important—our All Staff Meeting.

Team members from every department came together, including Golf, Food & Beverage, Culinary, Agronomy, Maintenance, Administration, Sales, and Housekeeping. While our jobs may look different from one another, we all share the same goal: creating an exceptional experience for our members and guests.

These meetings allow us to celebrate successes, discuss challenges, share ideas, and ensure that everyone is working together as one team. From the first tee to the final dinner reservation, every department plays a role in making Eaglebrooke special.

We wanted to share this behind-the-scenes moment because great clubs aren't built by one person or one department—they're built by an entire team committed to excellence.

Thank you to our incredible staff for everything you do each and every day. And thank you to our members for allowing us the opportunity to serve you. We look forward to continuing to make Eaglebrooke the best it can be!
