Hi, I’m Hannah! I’m an ACE-certified Personal Trainer, USF graduate alumna, and soon-to-be Registered Dietitian. I love helping people step outside their comfort zones, build confidence, and discover they’re stronger than they ever thought possible. HALFROX is half the distance of a full HYROX race, making it the perfect challenge for first-timers, fitness enthusiasts, and experienced HYROX athletes looking to test their fitness in a fun, supportive environment.
From the first run to the final wall ball, we saw incredible effort, determination, and community spirit. Whether you were racing for a personal best, preparing for HYROX Tampa, or simply proving to yourself what you're capable of, you should be proud.
