One of the things we love incorporating into our life skills sessions is teaching teens how to prepare simple, real meals they can actually enjoy.

Because learning how to take care of yourself matters.

And sometimes… that starts with figuring out how to make vegetables taste good.

For some, it’s who you’re born into.
For others, it’s who shows up—consistently, intentionally, and with love.

For children impacted by foster care, family can look a lot of different ways.
And often, it’s the people who choose to stay, support, and show up that make all the difference.
