A lot of athletes can move their feet well…
👉 but when fatigue hits, the arms start flying
👉 the torso twists
👉 energy gets wasted
That “flopping around” up top steals speed, balance, and efficiency.

Before speed… before agility… before power…
it all starts with your stance.
In this video, we break down what an athletic stance SHOULD look like — and just as important, what it should NOT look like ❌
We teach our athletes to avoid:
• Standing too tall
• Sitting too low
• Weight on the heels
• Locked knees or rounded posture
✅ A proper athletic stance loads the hamstrings
✅ Creates that spring-like action
✅ Allows faster change of direction
✅ Transfers power to the rest of the body for that burst of speed
This is where movement starts.

We added a bunny hop in between to build rhythm, timing, and better coordination before progressing the movement.
I’m showing the athletes how to properly sequence it —

➡️ control the bounce
➡️ keep the posture tall
➡️ let the rhythm create the flow
We always break drills down first, then layer in progression once the foundation is clean.
