A Week later but last weekend Lincoln Taekwondo Academy traveled to Overland Park, KS for the Kansas Open Taekwondo Championships.

Wasn't a bad day, saw everyone give their all.

Please welcome Master Landon Mitchell to this year’s South Dakota Taekwondo Camp instructor team! Master Mitchell began his Taekwondo journey at just 6 years old in South Sioux City, Nebraska, and has trained in both Traditional ITF and Olympic-style Taekwondo throughout his martial arts career.

A dedicated competitor, he has competed at local and national events, including the U.S. Open Taekwondo Championships, and continues to actively coach and compete today. Currently holding the rank of 4th Dan Black Belt, and owning Lincoln Taekwondo Academy, Master Mitchell brings passion, experience, and a strong competitive mindset.

Proud moment for me as a TKD instructor. When I see the students succeed beyond what they thought they were incapable of.

The hard training someday to the point they wanted to give up but with the support of their peers they did not give up. I cannot wait for the opportunity to tie these around these kids as I have watched them grow.
