The Nebraska FFA Foundation in partnership with Nationwide, recognized Tony Jensen, agricultural teacher and FFA Advisor at Freeman Public Schools, as the Golden Owl Award grand prize winner during the Nebraska Career Education Conference held in Kearney June 8-10. Congratulations, Mr. Jensen! 👏🏆️🦉

We are pleased to announce that Laura Albro has joined the Nebraska FFA Foundation team as our new Development Coordinator! 🎉🎈💐

You may recognize Laura from when she previously worked as a Nebraska FFA Foundation intern for two years. She is a former member of the Bayard FFA Chapter, having earned her American Degree. Additionally, she served as the Head Counselor for the NAYI in 2024-2025. Laura graduated from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln as a Regents Scholar in May 2026, with a degree in Agronomy. In her new role, Laura will focus on Mission: True Blue programs, Ambassador recruitment and management, and the annual True Blue Impact Fundraising Event. She will also oversee various fundraising initiatives and other annual campaigns.

We are grateful for the impact Laura will make in building sustainable financial resources to help support students, advisors, and FFA programs! Let's give a warm Blue & Gold Welcome to Laura! 💙💛

C**T (Chapter Officer Leadership Training) took over The Leadership Center in Aurora, Nebraska, with the fourth session wrapping up last week! C**T is where chapter officer teams go to learn and prepare to lead their FFA chapters throughout the upcoming program year.
