Mrs. Crane, one of our most beloved Stars, retired from Saratoga! Our students, staff, and families were beyond fortunate to have her share her talents with us for 28 years! Our school honored her with a surprise assembly. Fun fact: Mrs. Crane went to Saratoga as a little girl!

We will be having field day Wednesday, May 20th. Kindergarten, 1st, and 2nd grade will be outside from 8:30-10 and 3rd, 4th, and 5th grade will be outside from 10-11:30. There will be water activities. Dress for the weather. Send extra clothes if you would like.

The fifth graders went on an adventure last Wednesday to Omaha's Henry Doorly Zoo and Aquarium. It was a fun and memorable way to celebrate all their hard work in elementary school.

On Friday, Saratoga second graders got a visit from the UNL Entomology Extension & Outreach team. The students' favorite part of the visit was getting to hold and pet a Madagascar hissing cockroach!
