It may be summer, but we are already gearing up for an incredible new school year!
Do you have a future Kindergartener at home, or know one in the neighborhood? If so, now is the time to register for Kindergarten!

Our official back-to-school communication, updates, and important orientation information will begin rolling out in July. To ensure that you, or the new kindergarten families in our community, don't miss a beat, it is crucial to get registered in our system today.

What you can do today:

Register Now: If you have an incoming Kindergartener and haven't completed registration, please visit the LPS Registration Page to get started.

Spread the Word: If you have friends, neighbors, or family members with a child ready to start Kindergarten this fall, please share this message and encourage them to register right away!
We want to make sure each of our new students gets a warm and well-informed welcome. Thank you for helping us grow and for your support of our amazing school community!

Summer Library was a blast this week! Students identified rocks, used microscopes to look closely at objects, checked out books and had creating with MakerSpaces. Join us next week on Wednesday from 1 - 3pm for more summer fun!

Meadow Lane Elementary School families combined zoology, literacy and community into a fun experience this spring when hundreds of Mustangs gathered at the Lincoln Children's Zoo for Zoo Night activities. A Parent Power Grant from LPS Federal Programs made the event possible, including fun and educational activities, transportation and a book for every student from Linked2Literacy!
