Belt testing is just around the corner, make sure you get those sparring sessions in to ensure you are eligible for Belt Testing!

Sparring is open to eligible students who have reached their green belt and above. Extreme SKILLZ students and above must attend at least 4 sparring sessions to ensure they are able to test for their next belt.

Core SKILLZ students who have reached their green belt are eligible and encouraged to attend sparring classes, but are not required until they start testing for their Extreme SKILLZ belts.

Parents… Has Anyone Else Noticed How Kids Suddenly Have Endless Energy Right Before Bedtime? 😅

All day they’re “tired”… and then 9pm hits and it’s a completely different story.

A lot of times, that late-night burst just means they didn’t fully burn off their energy earlier in the day. One thing that can help is giving them a more intentional outlet before winding down. Something active, something structured, something that lets them move and focus at the same time. 🙌

It usually makes bedtime a whole lot smoother.
