I offer a variety of tools when it comes to nutrition whether it’s coaching, goal setting, meal planning, behavioral therapy, education and now a week by week meal plan including recipes that are tailored towards your goals whether is weight management related or health related. Recipes can be offered based on your preferences and also will range towards your calories and macros!

It is very easy to navigate and each recipe provides ingredients and directions on how to prep and cook each meal/snack. Each recipe also provides the nutrition based on the serving.
